It means "pawned." The origin is that when you stole something from someone you would pawn it and keep the money, so the gangsta speak became like "Yo, I just pawned yo ass."

no. Its n00b. its l337 sp34|< you guys! Its what 15 year old CS h4xx0rz made up when they got the boot from yet another server...most of l33t is really just typos and using ASCII characters to form loose approximations of letters.

not true...while trying to type "owned" you accidently (or on purpose) hit a "P" instead of an "o" thus creating "pwned."
