PWM IC Temp?

What is PWM IC Temp? That's one of the things it's reading in my temp monitoring program. It's 7 higher than my CPU temp. Can't find any info on what the heck it is though.
 
"PWM" are the voltage supply circuits on the mobo. They are chips that have to do with supplying power to the mobo, they are the circuits that create the vcore voltage, for example.
