PVR150 Sound Problem

I just connected a new antenna, and the picture is quite good, but the sound doesn't work at all, unless I select a station and then restart WinTV2000. Even then, if I change channels, I lose the sound again, until I repeat the procedure. I have been troubleshooting, but I find no problems with either the tuner or the sound card. This seems to leave WinTV2000 as the problem, but it has worked okay before.

I suppose the next step is to reinstall all of the software and drivers, but I've been wondering about MiythTV, Sage and BeyondTV. Are these something that have to be paid for? I have them on the tuner's CD, but have never used any of them before.
