PVP Horde Server

I currently play WoW on Shadow Song PVE server. I am playing a Dwarf Palidin but was thinking of trying a Horde charcter on a PVP server. The thing i like about Shadow Song is we never have a que and server is up most of the time. If I make the change I want a low-med pop server that has a good track record. Anyone playing a PVP horde charcter? Which server? Guild? ect? Thanks for the info.
