Puzzle... Find The Panda

Weird, I thought the panda stood out like a sore thumb. All the others have a carrot for a nose, so there's sort of an open void where the panda is. My eyes were drawn right to it,

Another ~6 seconds. I honestly don't get how people "can't find it."

Same. I didn't time it but it was maybe 5-7 seconds.

I think what makes it easier than Where's Waldo is the fact that all of them are lined up, each with same look except for the panda. So, this is really more appropriate for little kids than adults.
