Putting together a system...

After much time spent looking up parts to put together a budget system, I've realized I know absolutely nothing about computers.

So, I need some help.

At the moment I've got some spare parts to complete the system, they are :
2xHard Drives(about, 30gb's each), a Monitor, a Keyboard/mouse and 2x256 Sticks of PC2100 Infineon DDR SDRam.

What I *think* I need : Mobo, CPU, Case.

For CPU, I'm probably going to grab the new 1.6ghz 90nm s754 Sempron.
I hear it can overclock well, and I hope to get 2.4 or 2.5 out of it.

So, what I need from all of you is some help. I obviously need a compatible motherboard and a case. I don't know how much/what kind/whatever the hell cooling I'll need to overclock this cpu. I also don't know how to overclock. =/

I'm willing to spend 200$ CAD on the Mobo/Case/Whatever cooling/extra ram I'll need for this.
So, if you can help me, please do. 🙁 I'm desperate.

EDIT : Oh, and I probably won't be gaming on this, it's just for regular use. But I'm tired of having to reset my computer every time I view a high resolution image. I swear it freezes up like there's no tomorrow.
 
Wouldn't mind OC'ing the RAM if it isn't too much of a risk. If it dies out in some months I could just replace it without worrying too much.
