Putting together a basic server. Just for storage, dvarchive, teamspeak, basic webserver to serve some stuff over the web, nothing major. Trying to keep it on the cheap and I came across this.

I'm pretty sure the sempron can handle it, and I like that it has onboard video, but the athlon combo is probably what I'll go with because it's a better chip and I have a spare video card to use.
My question is what's the rep of the board makers? PC Chips and Biostar. I have no experience with them and haven't heard much about them. I don't need high performance or anything, just reliability and stability since this will be up 24/7.
Also, if you know of a better deal on a board/cpu combo I'm all ears, err, eyes I guess it'd be.
