I'm tinking about putting bigger cooler
I have all copper VIce III Xtreme Cu Video Cooler.
This does have thermal tape but I want to use my Artic silver, too bad it's not epoxy.
So, is it safe to use Super glue method?
I mean when I apply bits of super glue and when it hardens, wouldn't that creat a gap btween chip and HS?
I'm not too concerned about removing the HSF later, i probably will leave it on forever...

This is what you need - or you could use what you have. If you don't want to buy the adhesive from Ian at 2CoolTek, then I'd advise you apply four small dots of superglue to the corner of the GF2 with AS grease everywhere surrounding the chip to a medium/thin coat. Firmly but carefully press and pray to god that there isn't a gap. :) That's how I'd do it at least, but I'd spend the money just to be safe.

Also consider that if you just save that money you can buy something such as the NV20 which is going to blow the GF2 out of the water (I have a GF2 MX so I'm not being biased against the chip or anything).
