OK the mobo came in and the screw holes line up with the case. But when I put it in the bottom of the board touches the side of the case and im thinking that isnt the best thing. The case came with copper colored spacers that look like they would screw in first, then you put the mobo on top of them and screw the screws into the spacers themselves. Is this right? If not how do I screw in the mobo?

Case>brass spacers>motherboard>screw
Remember to not overtighten the screws.

OK what about all these little red felt things should i use those in between anything? They look like they prevent contact between 2 surfaces and have screw holes in them?

Use them if you want, I've never had a problem bot using them. If you do use them they'd go between the motherboard and screw.

Also, don't set the mb down on the standoffs ("spacers") and slide it over to the i/o plate. Tip the i/o side of the mb down about 10°, get all the connectors aligned with the i/o plate, then lower the right side of the mb. This keeps you from sliding the traces and solder points across the the standoffs.
