Putting a 7200 and 5400 rpm HD... advise?

I need some help/advise on whether I should mix a 7200rpm and a 5400rpm HD.
I Dont think there will be any problems... Right?
I should make the 5400 HD a slave right?
If you cant tell by my question, YES, i am a newbie =)
 
Another vote for keeping the 5400 as the slave but in reality it probably doesn't matter - it just keeps things tidy.
 
If you putt both disks on the same IDE channel, it will be
a little slower, the best way to connect them is to make
7200rpm drive primary master with CD-ROM as slave, and the
5400rpm drive as master on secondary IDE channel .
