Put in a new processor

I installed a new (used) processor last night, booted into windows (Vista Ultimate 32) with no issue, but my clock initially reverted back to 1/1/2008, 12:00AM. I click on date and time settings to get it to update the itnernet time, but it says there's an error with every one of the servers.



WTF can I do to get my clock back?
