Put community college on resume?

So basically after high school I spent a year at a community college and then transferred to my current university. Should I include that on my resume, or just leave it off? The only reason I'd probably put it on there is if a job requires a listed GPA, and my GPA there was a whole lot higher than it currently is..though it's probably less relevant.

But generally it probably looks a little better to have come to ucla from high school (something I wasn't able to do) than to have taken the easier route and transferred.

Leave it off, GPA at CC don't mean jack, it means you were good compared to high school retards.
UCLA sounds good, even if your GPA isnt as good, as long as it is somewhat respectable(3.0 and above)

on a side poll perhaps... Sub 3 GPA? Leave it off or keep on? I say leave it off but my friend tells me its an insult to the employer to put sub 3 GPA. I don't agree that much but i say leave it off.

Here's my education section:

EDUCATION
University of California, Davis
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, 2003

Unless you got a degree from the CC, leave it off the resume.
They will care about your university degree, they won't care about you taking classes for a year at a CC.
Of course you should include it on your employment application if you are asked to fill one out because it will ask for all the schools you have attended.

EDIT: You also don't want to have to explain why your GPA has gone down.

Leave it, college is important and MOST employers won't care that its a community college and not a major university
And even if they DO care, if you're the right candidate the CC thing will be over-looked.

It's probably best to leave it off, depends on how long until you graduate. Once you have graduated then just list that university.

I'd leave it off, but my experience is in hiring software developers.

If I were reading, I'd consider the CC GPA is much less important than your university GPA, almost as unimportant as HS GPA, so I wouldn't be that impressed even if it's 4.0.

If your university GPA is over 3.0 you should list that, and a major GPA is worth listing too if it's significantly higher (e.g. 3.4 major vs. 3.1 overall).
