BTW, what is the lot size?

It's about .85 acres. I don't have the actual dimensions in front of me.

Wow. It actually looks larger than that. My new house lot size is about the same size as that and yours looks larger. Of course, half of my back yard is overgrown with trees too...

I was about to tell to beware the housing bubble, but it looks like the house is cheap enough as it is. Good luck!

Even for the market we are in, it's reasonable. We simply can not find the combination of lot, location, and ammenities provided by this house by others in this price range.

The location is absolutely desired and will do us well, even if the market continues to sour.

We're just locking in on a 30 year conventional and planning on being in this place for a long, long time.

Not only 3 car garage, but three car garage with it's own 200A service.

Yeh, the 3rd stall is more of a workspace than anything. The current owner has a kiln(?) in it for baking pottery. There is both a woodburning stove in there that is vented through the ceiling as well as a dedicated gas furnace for the stall. It's also a supersized stall - 15x36'. That's deep enough for two cars.

:)

Where'd you find something that cheap in southeastern Pennsylvania?

God, I really miss central IL sometimes. I paid about twice that for a condo smaller than your garage.

Excuse me while I have myself a little cry.

Wow, very nice place! Actually comparable pricing to stuff my gf has been looking at around Raleigh.

She's looking at 150-250K houses and I don't even have a full time job yet

Bye GTO....

holy crap houses are cheap there...that same house in an area like you mentioned would probably net at least $400k here in NJ.
Over $600,000 here.

Nice place, hope you get it.

Easily $700k here :(

Grrr....

Listing agent is being a bit of an ass. I guess we had a "special exception" given to our tour this weekend and nobody else was allowed to show the house.

He is telling my agent that "to be fair" he is not going to accept any offers until tomorrow after he has a full day to show the house. It's already been on the market for about 10 days.

My agent hates working with this guy.

Bah.

Well, at 10 minutes from the deadline we finally had some proof of life from the seller. They are in the process of scratching out some of the write-ins that we had (appliances, reverse osmosis, ect) and are countering.

Curious to see what comes back.

Woo! Done deal. Had to bump closing up a week and didn't get to keep the fridge, but the place is ours.

Now we just have to unload the current one
