Actually no. We are fortunate enough to be approved for both properties at once.

Heh. Well it's not new construction. 🙂

We looked at A LOT of homes built around 1940 or so. Only problem is odd room layouts and small, cramped kitchens and hallways.
 
That's a nice looking house. Gonna be a bitch upkeeping the lawn though. $239,900... OMFG, HATE! Stupid California realty market. That house would go for 7 figures plus here in the bay area.
