Need a bit of help here. Specs are in my sig. Currently memory timings are running exactly as stock 2.6v vdimm. I've so far Super Pi'd my CPU at 210, 220, 230, 240 and 250 fine. I ran Stress Prime last night for 4 hours at 230 and it was fine as well. All the while vcore was at 1.45, at least thats what I set it as, in bios it said 1.43 and CPUz said it was 1.424. Who knows which one to trust. HTT = 4 as well.
Anyway, with those settings I have not been able to get it to Stress Prime at 250 at all. Conks out after 20 odd minutes. I've also tried setting it to a hard 1.5v vcore and conks out too.
I'm going to try going vcore 1.3 with 113% overclock thing, as i've read that sometimes provide a bit more stability in the voltages. Currently about 30 minutes into a stress prime now. CPU-Z is reporting vcore to be 1.424v, even though 1.3 x 1.13 = 1.469v.
Forgot to mention that ambient is around 25 right now and load is hitting 55.
Any other suggestions?
