Push--Pull Configuration

I'm going to be making a duct on my ACF7P and i have two fans (one 120mm yate loon and some old junky 92mm thing)

If i'm going to be making a tapering duct to accomodate the sizes, which fan should be where?

 
I think it was in Thermofluids that I learned about systems involving air flow. Basically it doesn't matter what configuration you set the two fans up in, so long as airflow is in the same direction, the volume of air going through per unit time will be the same.

The box acts as the control volume. Bottom intake and top exhaust is preferred because heat will rise. A side air duct will significantly improve CPU cooling if CPU cooler is the down-draft type.
