Last black friday, I got a nice wireless mouse. It quit working a while ago. Called the manufacturer - scanned the bottom - waited 4 weeks - and voila - new mouse. Well, I let it sit in the box unopened for the last 2 months (I've been busy, and just did not think about it). . .

So I have some free time, remember the mouse, and go to install it. I open the box - and what did I find? The same version of the mouse - only with a cord. . .

Grrr......


It has been sitting unopened for quite a while, so should I pursue it or not?

Place one call to a CSR.

If they will work with you, OK. If not, it is not worth the effort.
