Hmm... more info needed before I can provide a diagnosis. Tell me, is your left hand holding a picture of Justin Bieber?

Obviously, with no actual pics, once can certainly say it was caused by aliens.
And just a FYI, but that isn't the only spot where you have a purple stain/blemish... those probes do lots of damage as well.

Dear Penthouse,

You are not going to believe what happened to me. I met these 2 ladies. One of them had these crosses tattooed everywhere. Yada yada yada....... 3 days later I got this weird purple blemish on my right hand.

Heart attack. Chew 2 aspirins and call 911.

Kidding...seriously not sure, but I would have that checked, may even be worth going to the ER. It almost sounds like a circulation issue, is it numb or cold?

I'm not a doctor, but I play one on the internet.

Bruising. Not every bruise is black and blue.
I sprained both ankles last spring MTB'ing. It didn't hurt that bad, but they swelled and bruised purple. I also had purple bruises on my thighs and buttocks (free pass to snicker and laugh at this).
Not sure why purple, but the nurse told me to chill.
I went through some good boo-boos in my life. But this is the first time I've bounced off of rocks at speed....and more than once during the same trip. And thank God, a thorn bush broke my fall.
Next time, send pillows or something.
Amen.
