Probably doesn't matter; some animals can't handle some foods though. One of my dogs can't handle the dog food we used to get, he has a sensitive stomach so he can only eat certain foods (and he's not old, he's like 3, he just has a sensitive stomach), so I think it really depends on what your pet can handle. I'm sure they're both excellent pet foods, you wouldn't go wrong either way...if your pet can handle it (lol).
 
Do they actually ship you the bag or just a coupon? I've gotten the coupon thing before but it was worthless because no place sells 4lb bags of dog food.
