Hello,
Just visited www.insight.com/uk as we have an account manager there... I
know they are NOT the cheapest ever but they dislike Dell and I like the
polite lady...

After visiting I sent them this 'Customer Feedback' information:

I have been using Insight for many, many years and have rarely experienced
any problems with any of the peripherals I have ordered... just thought I
would add that...

If you enter the word 'Athlon' as in AMD Athlon into your Search field at
the top of your web page, why are the first five products Intel. AMD and
Intel are direct competitors and this seems like a very silly mistake or
anti-competitive behaviour. I would suggest that you change this 'mistake'
ASAP.

I'm pimping a UK web page to a mostly non-uk people. I thought I would be nice when sending a 'Feedback' form to Insight as simply being rude would get me nowhere.

The main aim is to stop them doing what they are obviously doing.
 
It's at times like this when I wish I was one of those big shot posters within this forum...

Everyone would be like, 'Woooo that's really bad and we must do stuff'

Perhaps if it was google that brought up the first 5 intel links, then you might get some sympathy. Or a US based company like newegg or zipzoomfly or amazon or something. Good job reporting the issue, good luck getting them to do anything about it. ++ for the funny reply. Oh, and, got any naked pics of your mum?
