I want to purchase an AMD64 processor laptop for: dvd viewing, emails, mirc, hdtv encodes, etc. I don't plan on doing gaming, but I do appreciate good resolution quality. I also don't care about battery life either since I plan on using it mainly in my apartment. I also appreciate huge hard drives, and long warranties. Thanks in advance. BTW, price range is $999-$1999
 
Well that Laptop does look sweet, and its gonna have an awesome graphics card in it. I believe that will be above your price range though.
