What res are you playing at? If 1080p I'd rather get the 680 in that price range. However you can get much better deals I'm sure on a 670. Don't think you'll need the 4gb if you're still listing a 2gb option on the 680.

At 1080p I'd say so. I wouldn't say it is worth the price premium though

For NVidia, 670 2gb is the "sweet spot".

VRAM isnt measurement of power... 2GB GTX 680 is more powerful than 4GB GTX 670. Even tho I would get HD 7970 GE for the money since its even cheaper and more powerful than GTX 680 in general.
