Punctuation question

If one were to write a title as "give it a shot! or not..." would that be correct punctuation wise? it looks weird having the ... afterwards, almost makes it look informal, but i have no idea how to phrase the sentence or change the punctuation to make it look right, any help?

That's perfectly fine as a title, but like George says, knowing what it's for would be very helpful.

Ok, on reading your edit, I'm having trouble envisioning it working well, but I would suppose that would depend on the point of view taken in your essay, along with your writing style.

I think it depends on your argument. If you're supporting flu shots, I'd go with just "Give it a shot!" for the title. Adding the "Or not..." sort of undermines the pro-flu shot argument from the beginning, but that might be your intent.
