It doesn't hurt THAT bad, but it's still bothersome. It's on the top of my right thigh and it feel it strained when i walk.

With a sharp knife slit your achille's tendon on the left leg, and you'll not feel the pain from the groin pull!

pain killers, whatever you can get your hands on, if you can find narcotics, i suggest not driving after you take them, instead take a nap

I'll see what my dad says.

Skoorb's Dad: Don't put ben gay on it. Should you be less than careful in application the ben gay creme you will experience a marvelously uncomfortable experience should it come into contact with your more "prized" body parts.

Other than OTC pain killers, there isn't much you can do.

My suggestion?

Don't kill the pain. Let it be an indicator of when you should stop doing what you're doing. Killing the pain raises the chance of re-injuring the pull. And if you've ever re-injured a pulled muscle, you'll know that it's FAR worse than the first time. Keep the pain, and use it as a reminder to take it easy.

Like the joke says: "Doctor, it hurts when I do this" Doctor: "Then don't do that."

First chafing and now you're "pulled" your groin, eh?

I think we all need to chip in and get you a RealDoll before you do any further damage to your genitals. 😛

Whatever you do, DO NOT use Icey Hot or Ben-gay or something. If you get it on the wrong parts down there, you are in for a world of pain!

muscle injuries are usually best treated by anti-inflammatories and heat.

Take 600mg of advil and a hot bath (prn). Don't do anything strenous for a couple of says...

Read more about DarkMan's adventures in his new book The Wrong Lube due out Friday by BurningScrote Publishing.

Ice for 10 min
hot pack for 20 min
ice for 10 min

do this 3 times a day and the pain should go away.

I would also suggest RICE

Rest
ICE
Compression
Elevation

i pulled my groin and hip flexer in HS and used Icy Hot on them it woudl migrate itself around cause of sweet, ive never directly applied it, that might be bad, but teh little that gets there isnt bad and feels good, the cold tingly sensation is nice, and the "HOT" isnt that hot

That is a better treatment for joint injuries than muscle injuries...
