I don't know if I'd be crazy enough to lower myself without any kind of restraint though. The odds of falling are slim, but they're still there.

< As a retired Theatrical Rigger, I can only say the pressure points where my climbing harness contacts my body, all fired nerve impulses when that video first clicked on as if to say "HEY!! Where's the FREAKING HARNESS???!!?!?" Talk about muscle memory!
