I finally got my eVGA RMA card in the mail, plugged it in, and OCed it right away.
It OCed to 475 stable on the core. I then tried flashing it with the new v2 BIOS and it now overclocks to 490 stable.
The BIOS can be found on the eVGA main site. Good luck, and please do not attempt if it you do not know the dangers associated with BIOS flashes.
