Sunday = backup day! Irreplaceable data gets backed up onto cd every Sunday, alternating cd's each week. I use BackupMyPC, good software.

I use Second Copy, which automatically takes care of backing up everything to an external firewire drive - runs every night.
Then every 2 weeks or before installing something risky (Dx9, IE updates, etc) & use Drive Image to backup my Windows partition.

I back-up all my digital pictures somewhat regularly, but thats about it. I need a DVD burner now!
