I just watched it, Crazy guy talking to city council, goes off on random stuff about ice in the arena and a helicopter around his house and the faa report that's all blacked out and named names of fbi and faa officials that know about it.

 
LOL. He is probably the most polite psycho I have ever seen (until his little blow up at the end.. lol)
