It looks fine, how much ram do you have? I'm running a 3500+ @ stock, 2 gig mushkin value, 2 WD Raptors 74gig in raid 0, and a 6800GT @ stock with an OCZ Modstream 520W PSU. Antec PSU's are great, my friend bought the Phantom and loves it.

this is better for the price, Fortron or a bit more expensive Fortron Blue Storm
A review of the Fortron 400W Blue Storm:
"Top Quality PSU
Replaced an Antec 400 with this and am very happy. Unlike Antec and many other PSU's, Fortron Source actually owns and operates the factories where PSU's bearing their name are manufactured. The quality control is outstanding. This PSU has plenty of power for all but the most demanding rigs. The fan is super-quiet, the braided wires keep your case free of clutter, the molex connectors are easy to get on and off."
Seasonic is very good also, its more geared towards people who prefer silent computers, right up there with pc power and Fortron/Sparkle
