It's good but both Seasonic and Forton are better for the money.

It looks fine, how much ram do you have? I'm running a 3500+ @ stock, 2 gig mushkin value, 2 WD Raptors 74gig in raid 0, and a 6800GT @ stock with an OCZ Modstream 520W PSU. Antec PSU's are great, my friend bought the Phantom and loves it.

they are used in Dell computers and many other computers, so they are very reliable and trustworthy

Antec isn't the brand for expensive $100+ power supplies. They didn't pass Toms hardware test without tweaking. I'd use them for $50 units but even then Fortron is probably better value.
