its not a good psu. generic psu's are cheap and have high wattages, but that doesnt mean anything. you have to look at the specs on them, such as the very important 12v rail. cheap psu's are known to fail randomly or not give your system the sufficitent amount of juice, so you may find that your gfx card is not doing as well as it should be or wutever. a quality antec 300W psu is, believe it or not, superior to taht. try spending $65ish or so on an antec 430W psu. it is very worth getting a strong psu, and overclocking requires a good psu.

Erm, Channellwel isn't a "generic PSU". FYI Antec PSUs are made by Channelwell. They're pretty good actually.

I would be very wary about getting a cheapo psu. Hardforums have a section devoted to psus, and there are some links in there to charts of load voltages... you can see how shoddy power supplies' voltages go up and down depending on processor load / hard drive load / gpu load, etc.

PSU is not a component to cheap out on.
