i installed an old psu corsair 500w for a new system i assembled. the mobo indicator led comes on but the comp does not start up. the cpu fan also does not run. neither does the psu fan. it is a new board m4n68t-m with phenom II x4 925.

bios is the latest

Is the psu incompatible with the mobo?
