PSU Voltage readings.. Questions

I was wondering what a good Volatage reading should be

mine is about:
3.3V- 3.42V steady
5V- 5.18V steady w/ little up and down
12V- 11.99V

is it better when its higher then the 3.3?? and 5?

Those voltages are quite good. As long as the voltages are within 10% of where they should be, you shouldn't have much trouble. It's always better for the voltages to be a little too high than for them to be a little too low. Higher voltages will generate a little bit more heat, but you probably won't notice it. 11.99V on your 12V is quite impressive.
