PSU that comes with Antec NSK 4400... good for overclocking?

I'm getting a Conroe E6300, and want to overclock it. Would the included 380W PSU in the Antec NSK 4400 case be good enough for a moderate overclock?

It's not a gaming PC so the graphics card will be just a single nVidia 7300.

Otherwise, one (maybe two) 250gb SATA hard drive, integrated sound and ethernet, 2x1024mb DDR2 ram.

Am I going to be overtaxing this PSU?

Yes, it's a fairly high quality PSU, IMO.
I think it will be MORE than enough to suit your needs.

The c2d cpus are low power consumtion anyway, so ocing it will make it consume power equal to a k8 cpu perhaps. Should be more than enough, though if it is a smart power, I hope it doesn't die on you. A seasonic s12 330w would be a better choice.

There's not that much of a difference between Intel and AMD overclocking.
