PSU sufficient?

Here's my setup as of right now...

AMD 64 Athlon 3000+ (Newcastle)
Turtle Beach Catalina **althought I'm just using this for the optical output, I use an external receiver for audio**
Maxtor 160 gig hard drive
2 DVD drives
2 Case Fans
512 Corsair value ram PC3200

My PSU is an Antec smartpower with 21amps on the 12volt rail

If prices drop a little during the winter season then I would like to pick up an EVGA 6800gt

So my question is will I have sufficient power? EVGA's site claims 350 watt minimum and seeing how I'm not running multiple hard drives, sli, or multiple other accesories I was hoping I would be in the clear. I just need some assurance.

you've got 21 amps on the 12V rail thats good enough for all but SLI systems or systems w/ 3+ HDD's and 2+ optical drives.

With his system, it will be sufficient

i ran that exact system, plus 2 more fans and 2 fan controllers with an antec that only had 18A on the 12v

See the system in my sig (there is a link to it), I have a 300W PSU with 15A on the 12V rail and it runs it fine. Well, under super heavy loads it sometimes crashes, but you have more than enough!

Thanks guys, this really makes my day knowing that this PSU will last some time unless it takes a leap. It's highly unlikely I would ever get into SLI or use multiple hard drives.
