Got a coupla PSU that seemed to have developed a short in th 24 pin connectors. If you hold them just right they'll power up the the rig but any vibration and they lose connection. One OCZ GameXtreme 600 and other is Episilon 700w. How can I get them repaired ? Price Approximate ??

Are you sure it isn't the connector on the motherboard side that is having the problem? If its a problem like that then most likely its the motherboard connector that has come loose a bit. There are a couple of other culprits. Could be a loos connector around the pins or the wire is coming loose in the connecor. The latter is unlikly unless you are doing allot of plugging and unplugging of the connection.

I had two power supplies that I bought used off the same person which had a similar problem. System wouldn't power up unless I held the 24 pin cabling at a certain angle. I found out that he had used a thick paper clip to test the PSUs (just to see if they power up) and that kind of reamed out the connector. I had to fiddle with it using a dental pick set to close up the connectors enough for it to make consistent contact.

Wire not makong connection with pin. How to get repaired as I don't feel too comfortable as all pins would have to be redone as I don't know which wire

Why not just RMA to the manufacturer?
