I was wondering if the what kind of power I would to power up this system.
CPU: FX 8350
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
MOBO : MIS 990FXA-GD80
RAM: 2x4GB G.SKILL ARES 1600 MHz
GPU: Crossfire HIS IceQ Radeon HD 7950's
HDD : Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 64MB CACHE
SSD : Samsung 840 120 GB
USB BLURAY DRIVE

Have you bought those components yet? I strongly recommend against both FX CPU's and against crossfiring. I'd also swap the Samsung SSD to one with MLC instead of TLC NAND, Kingston V300 for example.

Yes I already bought the parts. A 650 watt PSU seems pretty low for the setup. I was think of more like a 850 watt gold psu. I used the newegg psu calculator and it said that I need a 821 watt power supply. So I was thinking of getting the OCZ Z Series 1000 Watt Gold PSU .

Kingston V300 is alright, but it's SandForce. I cannot recommend SandForce.

650W probably wouldn't be enough here assuming you overclock. 200W per GPU plus a very power hungry CPU would cut it close. 750W would be enough, 850W slightly overkill, 1000W seriously overkill. 1000W is only justifiable for a triple graphics card setup.

Unfortunately Seasonic G 650 has only two PCIe connectors so I would skip that. Assuming you are in the States: Rosewill Capstone 750-M $96http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0081XXIRA/?tag=pcpapi-20
