PSU Recommendation?

I don't need anything special at all. I'm trying to build myself a budget PC system so I can finally play HL2 and CS:S again. I'm looking for something CHEAP and QUIET that can handle the following parts:

Athlon 64 3000+ Venice (@ ~ 2.4 GHz)
1024 MB PC3200 Dual Channel RAM
Radeon 9800 XT 128 MB
10,000 RPM 36GB Raptor
Regular CD Drive

As you can see I'm not going to be using a whole lot of components. Any help would be great, thanks.

If you can't wait for the XClio 450 (made by Channel Well same as most Antec and Enermax) to come back in stock at Newegg (best value I've found in a long time), then the Silverstone 46F (made by Enhance) is pretty good for the money. 29A on the +12 and active PFC.

.bh.

I've been looking at a fancy new Thermaltake with the active PFC, but my only question is that it has a 24-pin mobo connector on it (for the newer PCI based stuff), while I'm still running on an Abit IC7-G MII, which has the standard 20-pin and separate 4-pin. I've seen 24 to 20 adapters, but do they actually work?

Rosewill 550PSU. Had this for over a year now and its still going strong. Forget what people say about non-mainstream brands like Rosewill or Cooler Master, this PSU runs two PCIe 6800GT's just fine along with 4 80mm fans, 2 120mm's, and 2 cathodes. If you want to spend 60+ bucks on a power supply by Antec, go for it, but im telling you, you can save much more by going with Rosewill or Cooler Master.
