On the power supply it gives you a chart with AC input and DC output. On my +12v rail it can hold 34A is that good and what does it mean?

It means it can supply 34amps on the 12V rail.

That is very good--probably overkill, even, unless you are running SLI 6800 GTs or Ultras.
