Can you change the fan in a power supply to a possibly quieter one?

I think changing the fan in the Antec Neopower would make it PERFECT 🙂

just google for how to do it

and is the fan in there that loud? there are 2 80mm fans in my Truepower 430 and its quite as can be
 
I haven't gotten it yet... just thinking ahead.

I'll be pulling a lot of power out of it eventually, 1x 6600GT now, then 2x 6600GT's later 😀
