My friend wants to upgrade is graphics card on his dell(it's kinda old, not sure of the other specs). He doesn't want ot spend much and he's looking at a ATi Radeon X1050 AGP. He asked me that if he could run it if he only has a ~250 watt PSU. I thought that was fine because I was running an x800pro on a 250 Watt PSU. But I would like to consult you all first. Thanks.
