PSU: Question about negative voltages.

I was just messing around with Sandra today and I noticed that for the "-12V" reading it was getting -9.40V and for the "-5V" reading it was getting -.73V. I know that software readings can be inaccurate, but is this something that I should be worried about?

Also, if I wanted to read these voltages with my multimeter, how would I go about it? I only know how to read the +12V and +5V lines -_-
