PSU powers up then shuts down

This is my second Enhance PS-E5150GH from Ewiz. The first was ok for ~1 week but none of the voltages were stable under load. Then when I tried it on my new DFI Ultra-D the fans would spin up for a second and then shut off so I tried it in the other motherboad I had which it was running on and the same issue. Now I have the replacement from the RMA and its doing the same thing the other started doing but right out of the box. I've tried it with the DFI and a FX55 and a MSI-Neo4 w/ Opty 165. On both the PSU, CPU, and Chipset fans spin up for about 1 sec and then cut off. I've been a month without my new computer, I don't know how much longer I can last.

I had the same problem with my PSU (not Enhance tho)

I've heard that some motherboards turn off your computer after 1 sec then you have to press power button again in order to boot up the computer. I think you have to configure your BIOS. After you configure it, you'll be ok. I've done this and my problem was fixed.

I tried the PSU trick where you connect the green and black wires then power it on without being connected to the computer and it wouldn't power. Same trick worked fine on my old psu. I guess its another bad one. Even with a refund I'll have spend $30 on shipping this stuff bank and forth. I don't have the money for a "better" one right now.

Why do you have to pay for shipping? The vender should pay when the component doesn't work. Even if you did pay for it, it should cost alot less than $30.

I should have said spent. Ewiz does not pay for shipping. Shipping on the orginal PSU was $10, shipping it back to them was $10, and shipping this one back will be $10.

LOL had one too many zeros on the end of that last $10.
