PSU or Mobo problem?

My psu died two weeks ago, took Antec 2 weeks to ship a new one out to me, I plug this one in and my computer starts, with fans blowing and LED lights up, but the monitor is blank and it won't POST, no beeps or anything at all. Did my mobo die along with my first psu, or is it another bad psu that they gave me?

There's an extremely good chance that your first PSU took out your motherboard when it died. That's not rare at all, unfortunately. Which "Antec" was it, BTW?

Was an Antec 450W Smart Power, it came with the Sonata II case. They sent me a replacement EA500.
So if the psu took out the mobo, is the psu company liable for that? I'm guessing no, and I'll have to shell out more money to get another mobo, which is like the most tedious part to replace.

Should they be, probably, will they do anything No

So anything I could do besides buy a new mobo (I hate installing mobos, since it's practically installing a whole comp again).
