PSU needed for 8800 gts

Hey guys,

I'm probably going to be doing a min-overhaul of my system (going from x2 4400 to core 2 duo) and I wanted to know if my OCZ powerstream 520 would be able to handle a 8800 gts.
My setup will be as follows:

e6400 (to be overclocked)
3 Sata drives
2 Dvd Burners
Sound Card
8800 GTS

I've heard that sheer wattage isn't everything, which is why I got the power stream, but I don't want to fizzle out and fry my PSU.

My comp is similar to yours (see sig + 2 SATA drives), and runs on a Powerstream 420w...so I think you're fine.
