I just built a new pc and the psu that came with my case suxs. It's an x-qpack. The psu says its a 450 but it isn't. At idle 12 v rail it 11.77 under load it drops down to around 11.3. From time to time it will dip to 11.02 and my comp frezzies. Any ways I've narrowed it down to these 2 psu looking for some feed back.

If you have any other good psu's around the same price go ahead and let me know.

My system is
AMD San D. 3700
XFX7800 gt
Nec dvd burner
1 gig ram
2 200 drives in raid 0

Thanks for any help

Without hesitation the FSP Group Fortron. I've bought better recently but the 400watt Fortron is going strong on it's 4th year in my sister's build.

I have yet to see a post here or over in General Hardware about Fortron going belly up or not having stable rails.

Fortron, but Enermax is my top choice as a quality/performance blend. If you think you might go to SLI someday, get a 600W PSU now.
