PSU - Loose Connection

I've been jump starting my PSU to test my water cooling pump. Now that its working fine, I installed the rest of my components. When I tried to power on my pc nothing was happening. I narrowed it down to when I push on the motherboard power connection it would power up.... and shut down as soon as I released my grip! Further inspection and testing leads me to believe that the green wire connection is loose, because if I tap that wire it will shut off my system. How can I correct this problem?

I just used two staples to slide them in on either side and clamp it closed.... Literally I must have tightened it like .0000001mm and now its rock solid... No matter how much I jiggle it it won't shut off.

Funny how picky this thing is.
