PSU lights

Electric Mayhem

Newbie here....
I'm interested in building my first rig in the next month or two. Looking at PSUs, I like the look of the lighted Antec 480 TrueBlue. In some of the reviews that I've read, some people say it gets annoying after a while, or at night sometimes. So that why I ask now, is there a way to turn these lights on/off somehow? Any help/linkage would be great. Thanks.

Generally the lights are built into the fans in the PSUs - can't turn 'em off w/o turning off the fans. You can always remove the fans and replace 'em with standard ones.

don't buy that PSU if you don't like the lights.
I learned this from having LED fans... I absolutely hate any light at all in my room at night... those fans were out on the first night (also because they were not quiet)
but I replaced with some Vantec stealths and sold the LED fans. too annoying in the dark (mainly when they are in your bedroom)

I'm aware of the unlit version. I am not too familiar with PSU's but just seeing how many mods people can do with their comps, I was curious if it was possible to control those lights.
