My specs will be
AMD 64 3200+ Venice (want to clock to 2.4)
BFG 6600 GT OC
1 GIG Corsair XMS
DFI Ultra D
1 120mm fan
2 80 mm Fan

and wondering if this power supply will have enough juice to keep it running at 2.4 stable?
and yeah this psu has a 20-24 converter.thx guys 🙂
 
It should work fine... Do you already have the PSU?

If you have the DFI board and are OCing, you may as well get a 3000+. It will easily OC to 2.4 an will probably max out in the same area as the 3200+...
