psu/hardware summary programs

i wanted to test and see how many watts my power supply has with some kind of testing or summary program, does anyone know of a freeware program that would tell me that? i would also like to see my ram/memory timings. i have a summary program called Everest but i dont trust it with the memory timing.
 
No software could measure your PSU's output.

To see its maximum output you would have to add more and more dummy load until it trips.
